Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Please show an ID card or passport at check-in. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
House rules
A few simple rules so that everyone feels at home with us.
Smoking
No smoking (including e-cigarettes and hookah) inside the buildings or rooms. Smoking only outside in the yard; cottage guests may also smoke on the balcony. Please use the ashtrays.
Shoes
No street shoes inside โ please leave them at the entrance. Slippers are provided.
Quiet hours
22:00โ08:00 โ no loud music or noise. We live in a village with neighbours; please respect them and other guests.
Visitors and parties
Only guests named in the booking may stay overnight. Parties and large gatherings indoors only by prior agreement. For large groups we have a picnic area for up to 60 people.
Pets
Only by prior agreement. We have a pet of our own, so please tell us before booking and we'll make sure everyone is comfortable.
Cleanliness and property
Please take care of furniture, appliances and equipment; guests pay for repairing any damage. Rubbish in the bins. Dishes and towels may not be taken away. Take care on the terrace, balcony and in the yard, especially with children.
Safety
No open flames, candles or personal heaters in the rooms. Barbecues and campfires only in the designated area. When you go out, switch off lights and heaters and close doors and windows. We cannot take responsibility for valuables.
Guest house โ shared spaces
The kitchen and bathroom are shared โ leave them clean and wash your dishes. Label your food in the fridge or keep it separate. The 60 mยฒ terrace is shared โ please keep voices down during quiet hours.
Panorama Akutsa cottage
Maximum 2 guests. Own kitchen and bathroom โ leave the dishes washed at check-out. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
