What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome with prior arrangement. Please let us know when booking.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is free for all guests who book directly through our website; otherwise it can be ordered from the menu.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property; the password is given at check-in.
How do I get to the guesthouse?
The drive from Batumi takes approximately 1 hour. The final stretch is a mountain village road โ we recommend using navigation or contacting us at +995 577 22 52 89 for directions. We can also arrange a transfer from Batumi airport or city center.
Is it suitable for children?
Absolutely! Our guesthouse has a warm family atmosphere and children are very welcome.
How far is the sea?
The Batumi seafront is about 40 km away โ roughly a 1-hour drive.
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes, cash payment on arrival is accepted. Bank transfer in advance is also an option.
